The project was designed in four phases. Phase I consisted of a new 5,000 SF, three classroom ESE building to house students with learning or emotional disabilities. Phase II was a renovation to an existing 6,000 SF locker hall. Phase III was a renovation to a 4,000 SF student media center. Phase IV consisted of renovations and additions to the school’s front exterior facade and student drop-off/pick-up for buses and parents. Included in the renovations were the administration offices, new secure entry lobby, new parking lot with upgraded site lighting, landscaping, and irrigation.
